A 20 Passi takes its name from its strategic location, just 20 steps from the magnificent Romanesque-style Chiesa Madre, with its imposing bell tower and the charming square in front, where you can enjoy a breath taking sea view. This 80-square-meter home features an elegant sleeping area, a spacious living area, and a relaxation corner with a whirlpool tub, designed to provide maximum comfort.
Our holiday home is also fully air-conditioned to ensure the perfect temperature in every season. It is equipped with two flat-screen TVs, one in the living area and the other in the sleeping area, catering to all your entertainment needs. Remote-controlled curtains allow you to adjust the lighting to your preference, creating the ideal ambiance at any time of the day. Every detail has been carefully designed to offer you a dream stay in a modern and functional environment, all at competitive prices.

Dimora Pietrantica is an elegant apartment of over 110 square meters, all on one level, perfectly blending the charm of the past with modern comfort, creating a harmonious balance of luxury and simplicity. Located just a few steps from the Castello Svevo di Rocca Imperiale, Dimora Pietrantica has been meticulously restored with great attention to detail, respecting its original features and preserving the beautiful exposed stone walls, which inspired its name. We have sought to recreate an antique style enriched with contemporary touches. Inside, you'll find a fireplace that creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere during the winter months, while the spacious vaulted ceilings enhance the interiors, adding a unique and distinctive charm.
